Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our specialized white-glove carriers and typically arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, for a flat fee we offer premium white-glove delivery which includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Furniture must be in its original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large freight shipments, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do your products come with a warranty?
